Feeling truly so much lighter, de-lighted, even a bit en-lightened after fasting for 5 days in Izu. There's so much to be said for allowing your insides to let go and really rest! These are a few of the photos I took in beautiful Izu Kogen. Very dramatic landscapes with huge craggy rich brown cliffs, gorgeous water in many shades of blue and turquoise, sunshine, Mother Earth at some of her very best!
