Rebecca Pflaum: I have been teaching the joy of movement for the past 26 years and have dedicated myself to the study and practice of yoga, meditation all that embraces higher consciousness and open heartedness for the last sixteen years. My passion is to share what I have experienced on this genuine journey so our lives can reach their fullest potential, richness and natural beauty. My intention is that your experience in class is joyful, challenging and encourages you to realize your full potential by opening body, mind and spirit. Recognized through the Yoga Alliance of America and the Kundalini Yoga Institute, specialized certification in pre-natal yoga, level 2 Reiki practitioner and an intuitive healer. I have been married for 26 years, yes 26:), lived and taught in 5 countries and I'm the proud Mama of 4 great sons who have been 4 of my greatest teachers.
