Loving the Azaleas..................

Dearest Friends...........been such a long time since I've updated. Between my old computer totally crashing and figuring out my new Mac (named Lakshmi :)) and hosting my teacher Gurmukh, it's been wonderfully busy.

Just wanted to quickly get out to you May's class schedule at my home. So here you go........

May 6th, 20th, 27th- Thursday from 1-2:30pm

May 8th Saturday from 10am-12noon The Third Eye Chakra Journey

May 10th, 24th, 31st - Monday from 10am-11:30am

May 11th, 25th- Tuesday from 7:30-9pm

Will be teaching in Hong Kong at the Evolution Yoga Conference from May 14-17. Hope to see some of you there!!!

Home classes resume on the 19th of May, Wednesday from 7:30-9pm

Will send details very soon on the really wonderful workshop I'll be co-creating with Deanne, the "holy-hula hooper" on the 9th of May from 10am-noon in Yoyogi Uehara.........will be a blissful blast:):):)
